I was interested in getting into dentistry as I love working with people -- it gives me a real buzz. I also felt it an amazing privilege to have the responsibility of caring for the oral health of my patients, especially when a lot of people wont visit the dentist when there is a problem, and are unaware of what's going on in their mouths. As much as I am passionate about my profession, about gaining the trust of my patients through compassion and diligence to good practice, and always being committed in their goals in achieving good health, function and aesthetics.
I completed my Bachelor of Dental Science degree from the University of Western Australia. Since then, I regularly attended courses to keep my dental knowledge updated and to further my education. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry and have all extensive experience in preventive care (minimally invasive treatment), restorative treatment (from fillings to veneers, crowns and bridges), teeth whitening, root canal treatment, extractions and surgical extractions (including wisdoms), paediatric care (children) as well as the very elderly and medical compromised patients, and will be moving forward in training in implants and Invisalign in the near future.
In my spare time, I love to go outdoors, exercise and go sailing. I also enjoy catching up with friends and family as well as painting.
